Section 6
Registration of Land
–
(1) The land office shall register and maintain each land within the district as prescribed.
(2) For the purpose of sub-section (1) when setting up the land registration book, where the land measurement has been checked, according to the land owner registration sheet prepared from the measurement check and where the land owner registration sheet has not been prepared or the land measurement check has not been prepared, from the land reform office or other office in its office. It should be erected according to the received cost. However, if the registrant dies or the land has been transferred to someone else, the land registry office shall, if necessary, install a door and erect a fee immediately to register the land in the name of the person who has such rights.
(3) When setting up the land registration book according to sub-section (2), each land office may demand the specified details from the respective land owners and it shall be the duty of each land owner to provide the requested details.
